Dear god, 'a culture of guilt' shouldn't the guilt come from the cheating, not the honest students fear of being caught??? Seems to me the student leaders may not be the most honest students, or are bowing to the not so honest membership. Though I'd post this forum to gather the Doc's opinion...

Yes -- it seems that at good old Mt. St. Vincent's a few of the inmates are in charge of the asylum.
This Chatal looks to be a real piece of work -- toiling tirelessly to bring real reform to the university in support of students. Her initiatives include:
“I promise that I will continue to lobby Metro Transit and City Council until it’s safe to go to school and it does not take hours to get there”
“I will bring you video rentals at the Cornerstore, extended hours at the Fountain Play Centre, and a bigger and better Seton Information Desk, including binding and laminating services”
Now, I can understand wanting to rent videoes but laminating!
The next thing you know she's going to suggest that there's really no need to proctor/invigilate exams since this would really be showing that the instructors didn't trust students and further build on the cultures of mistrust and guilt.
She's not bad looking though.
