Dave Nonis continues to impress as a GM in the bigs. Salo resigned for 4 yrs. Thus Lou and the big four signed long term in the back end. Holy shit - Puffy is making some sweet assed moves. Loving the direction the Canucks are headed. Bold prediction time - The Nucks will go deep in the post season as surely as Lex will run down French bipods in the street!
Howdy kids - an update in the life of Dunc. Aka Dusty. Aka DRo. Aka one sick son of a gun. Yup - twas bound to happen. Bob and I worked for three sets off in the now lovely flat from hell. And of course - we wore our bodies and spirits down to the point that we beth are now infected with some evil bug. A day before the lovely 'Fanatic' golf tourney in Penticton. Swell. I took so much cold medicine the night between my day shits that I actually felt as fucked up trying to sleep as I did the one and only time I dropped LSD. Odd huh. So let's see - what else is new? As I mentioned: the rono is done - so the golfing season will officially begin (thank Christ) tommorrow at noon. I really don't care if I'm dripping snot all around the course - I'm gonna love it. Sat night will be Slack Alice's. One hell of a strip club (from what I remember anyhow!) Looking forward to the Nucks hitting the postseason again - and to the Police gig on the 30th of May. Now who am I gonna take? Out for now.

Long time no post. And still without commas - I really need to get my thumb out of my ass. Anyhow; some random ramblings this Wed afternoon.
My furnace has quit; twas cold last night. Considerable shrinkage.
Luongo is Set to win the Mark Messier leadership award prior to tonights game vs the Preds. Prediction: 2-0 Vancouver with (gasp) another injury to Foppa.
Renovations blow and Tayside really ought retire once and for all. I want a break - I want to golf. Patience Dusty Patience.
The two girls working at CC right this moment make me think very fun thoughts. That being said; will I ever settle down like the rest of the world?
A recently spotted tee shirt:
Haikus are easy
But sometimes they don't make sense
Refrigerator.
MSN Messenger is crazy - but I think I finally h ave it working again. At one point last night I thought all contacts with the MSN community was lost. Much swearing this morning along with a few keystrokes; and alas - working.
Alex is in Montreal. And I have no # for him there.
Adios Au revoir Smell ya later

K - the start of my 'Reno-Beard.' Bob and I ain't shaving til the last nail is pounded. Been a scary three days off for me I must admit. Found out that renovating and painting is kinda like riding a bike. And I'm a god at riding said bike apparently. But Lordy I would have loved some time off - especially considering the evil clocks go ahead tonight and - guess what - I work in the morning. Joy oh Joy. Shall update a finished beard photo; though those that know me know that this is as good as it gets! Night kids. Nucks 3-1 tommorrow over Burkie's lady Ducks.

Suspend him forever. This guy should never play in the best hockey league the globe has to offer. Goodbye and don't the door hit your ass on the way to prison. Simon; what a mink - always been one and wow oh wow - this was just horrible. I'm really hoping the NHL takes this opportunity to make it clear that ANY hits to the head shall be dealt with severly. Soon see....

Wow - the province of BC is full of dead wood to feed the pulp mills. Evil fucking beetle. Yet here we are - paying a full 1/4 more for The Province or The Sun here in the interior. Maybe they'll chalk it up to the gas gouging. None the less; I can't subscribe to either rag and feel at the mercy of retail pricing. Don't like it; and am curious to know if any of my peeps have subscriptions - did your price go up?
