I was doing a little research into the life of Andy Warhol, and came across a link to him in this video. Man oh man - the Cars were some wild shit. Like the famous SNL 'More Cowbell' skit - you just don't hear synthesizers like this anymore. And didn't the lead singer (one freaky looking lad for sure!) marry some super hot model?

First off, I hope you realise that quote you left at the bottom has nothing to do with The Cars, Ric Ocasek or Andy Warhol.
The Cars were an awesome band. Likely only one of a very few that I think were worth anything during the 80s. I don't care for synthesized crap so much, but they did it as good as anyone could have.
I think Ocasek was married to Paulina Poriskova or something like that.
Well I think ole' Andy got way more than his fair share of that infamous 15 minutes of fame. In the 70s and 80s he was omnipresent in the media...but his involvement in producing videos was, as this documents, sometimes embarrassing.
If you really want to check out a revisitation of the Cars, check out the so-called "New Cars" with the Runt himself, [Todd Rundgren] replacing Ric Ocasek.
